System of Quality Management (“SQM”)
GTC Partners, with our commitment to quality, has continuously worked on designing, implementing, and operating the SQM to ensure that we continue to provide high quality audits to our clients and meet the requirements under ISQM 1 issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB).
Led by our Managing Partner, who carries the ultimate responsibility for our SQM. The Management team ensures that GTC Partners has robust a Risk Assessment Process to identify and evaluate quality risks in relation to our established quality objectives. The Management team, then, design and implement appropriate responses to these risks.
A holistic approach is also taken to Monitor and Remediate any identified deficiency. The overall SQM operation and effectiveness, are reassessed and evaluated annually to ensure responsiveness to internal and external changes that may require improvements to the SQM.
