Gabriel is the Managing Partner of GTC Partners based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and a partner in Moore Cambodia Co. Limited, an accounting firm based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

  • He has extensive experience which spans a period over 25 years in fields of Auditing, Taxation, Insolvency, Valuation, Investigative Audit and Debt restructuring. The companies involved include public listed companies, multinational corporations and upcoming small and medium sized companies. He was involved in uncovering frauds at some of the Bursa Listed Companies.

Kang Hui Ling

Hui Ling is one of the Associate Directors of GTC Partners, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Experience and Expertise

  • She has extensive experience which spans over a period of 25 years in the fields of auditing, accounting and taxation; for largely small and medium sized companies.
  • She has also served on several boards of listed companies as independent non-executive director and audit committee chairman for more than 18 years.

Norfadzila Binti Railay

Associate Director

Dhila is an Associate Director overseeing the Corporate Services Department of GTC Partners and is based in Kuala Lumpur office.

Experience and Expertise

  • She has experience of over 15 years in fields of Auditing, Taxation and Company Secretarial. She was involved in audit for multinationals corporations and up-and-coming small and medium sized companies in various industries including distribution and retail, food and beverage, information technology and manufacturing.
  • During her career at GTC Partners, Dhila was also involved in carrying out investigative audits for a public listed company and various private limited companies.

Clarence Leslie Dass

Associate Director

Clarence is one of the Associate Directors of GTC Partners, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Experience and Expertise

  • He has more than 15 years, including 10 years in leadership experiences in internal auditing (including fraud investigations) and business consulting, involving local & international banks including general and life insurance, real estate, hospitality, technology, and digital marketing.
  • He is skilled in relationship-building with C-suites, Boards, regulators, and key stakeholders, delivering actionable, value-added insights.
  • He is involved in developing audit manuals and risk assessment programs based on COSO-based risk frameworks, including AML-related programs.

Tengku Hibatul Azzim Bin Tengku Abdul Halim

Director

Tengku Azzim (Bob), is the Audit Director of Audit Assurance and Business Advisory Department and is based in GTC Partners’ Kuala Lumpur office.

Experience and Expertise

  • He has more than 10 years of working experience auditing public listed companies (PLCs), multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium sized companies (SMEs) in various industries including manufacturing, shipping and logistics, property development, hotel, trading and services throughout his time with GTC Partners and his previous employment with 1 of the Big 4 firms and a mid-tier firm in Malaysia. 
  • He also brings knowledge from his time with the technical and compliance department of one of the Big 4 firms overseeing the ISQM monitoring and operation, AOB and AQR inspections and other regulatory compliance work, to drive continuous process improvement within the Firm that emphasis on efficiency, quality and compliance.
  • Besides audits, he was also involved in several due diligence and forensics assignments.

Noraniza Dali

Director

Noraniza is the director of the Corporate Advisory Department of GTC Partners, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Experience and Expertise

  • She has 15 years of experience across various areas of insolvency, including company liquidation and corporate restructuring through schemes of arrangement.
  • She has also been involved in Receiver and Manager assignments, due diligence engagements, managing abandoned housing and commercial development projects and conducting proof of debt exercises for individual bankruptcies in the Republic of Singapore.

Nurul Aisha Niaz Ali Abdullah

Aisha is the Senior Manager of Audit Assurance And Business Advisory Department and is based in GTC Partners’ Kuala Lumpur office.

Experience and Expertise

  • She has close to 10 years of progressive experience in the audit industry auditing multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium sized companies (SMEs) in various industries including manufacturing, trading and service sectors. She has extensive exposure in managing cross-border coordination, mainly with German Headquarter and Group Auditors. She also leads the Firm’s implementation of audit automation tools to improve efficiency, quality and compliance.
