Culture of Personnel Development
GTC also believes in nurturing leadership and enhancing individual performance through personal coaching and organising internal workshops to improve staff interpersonal and technical skills. GTC aims to commit 20 hours annually on development of each staff; of which 70% will be allocated to technical workshops; while the remainder will be on interpersonal and soft skills.
